(Had planned a different post today but well the below came up..)
I have never, at least on this blog, said what my brand promises. Something I usually do every time I am on the street; when I show my thighs, a white thong ( I only wear white), do that little jig, and when a prospective client can listen say what I am capable of. So today I want to blow my own trumpet but in a slightly different way. I have been nominated for The Deutsche Welle International Best Of Blogs Awards. Deutsche Welle is Germany’s international broadcaster. As they say on their website: The Deutsche Welle International Blog Awards – The BOBs – honors websites in 11 languages that champion the open exchange of ideas and freedom of expression… Too much for freedom of expression.
I am a finalist in the Best Blog in English category. And now I request you to vote for me. I have to admit winning is an ego thing, but then again I am building a brand, and nothing wrong with a little of the right international exposure. Also, tongue in cheek, just like our athletes I am representing the country so no harm in cheering me on.
